MISSION AND VISION

Our vision and mission is to present the Lord Jesus Christ (The Worldlight) unto the world, so that, through him (Yeshua Hamashiach), the world will experience God's light through the power of the gospel of light.

How we fulfill this mission and vision:

  • Building our relationship with the Lord
  • Fulfill out life's purposes and potentials through the power of the light.
  • Raise people of all nations, tribes, and languages, especially the young men and women, in the faith that they may bring revival across the world in this end-time.
  • Raise people in the power of the gospel to shine as lights in the midst of this crooked and perverse generation through the power of prayer and the demonstration of the word of God.

About Founder

A Brief History

At a young age Bishop, Dr. Emmanuel Apau, the founder of the ministry, encountered a man of God who prayed for him and told him that the Lord would speak to him that night during his sleep. That night during his sleep, he heard a man calling his name and saying “You are going to be my minister”.

Around the age of 10, Bishop started to write gospels songs although he did not know specifically what he would use them for and neither did he envision himself as a future singer. Besides his musical talents, God also granted him the grace to preach the Word. His first preaching was on Sunday at The Apostolic Church Ghana-Aboabo at the age of twelve. He continued to preach even throughout his teenage years and many lives were touched in the schools he attended as a result. Together with some of his mates, he also began to dedicate more time in prayer at the school farm. Given his many ailments, some of his peers made fun of him for preaching while others respected his dedication. After completing junior high school, he started to preach in various public spaces, towns, bus stations, etc., and also began to follow an older minister to radio stations for more preaching.

Over several years, the Lord sent several men of God to him to strengthen His Word and to confirm His call for international evangelism. Despite the challenge of his illnesses, the Lord opened the door for Bishop to come to the U.S. in 2002. In the U.S., he committed himself to serve the Lord faithfully at a local church. During his prayers in 2008, after traveling back to Ghana for the first time, the Lord gave him the name of the ministry, Worldlight Revival Ministries, and told him to write it down. Worldlight Revival Ministries was registered in 2016 in Ghana as a non-profit organization with the assignment of proclaiming the gospel during the End-Time Revival and to minister His Word in various forms.

Over time, the Lord has gradually revealed the different folds of the ministry’s vision. It is the heart desire of the Lord to use this ministry to train and equip ministers, raise true music ministers and raise evangelists through various programs, organizations, and services under the umbrella of WRM.

Chapel Chicago

the International Ministry

The Chapel Chicago was birthed by the Holy Spirit and became part of the vision of Worldlight Revival Ministries in 2018. During a night of prayer, Bishop Apau and Pastor Steve received a word from the Lord that they must set themselves apart for this particular assignment. They also received confirmations from other men of God verifying that they must begin the task. The Lord warned them that they must not deviate from the truth and the way as other ministers and ministries have done in these last days. In the prophecy, they were also warned that some committed people will attempt to shift the direction of the message and the teachings. However, they were warned not to shift from fundamental teachings and messages that was received by the visionary. One of the desires of the Lord, according to the prophecy that was received, is to use Chapel Chicago to solve the problems and to help the lives of many and to heal many people. Chapel Chicago operates under the vision and mission of Worldlight Revival Ministries as a whole. The chapel has the following ministries thus far:
